The Director of Solutions Engineering leads two pre-sales technical teams across SMB and Enterprise segments, owning the technical engagement throughout the sales process from discovery to close. This role partners with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to build a high-performing organization that delivers compelling demos, scalable solution designs, and technical workshops. The position requires a leader with strong technical and commercial acumen to drive technical sales execution and improve customer experience.
