About this role
The Director, State Advocacy at the International Rescue Committee leads development of state and local Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration (RAI) policy and advocacy strategies and manages at least one full-time staff. The role serves as a primary external representative, engaging with coalition partners, policymakers, and stakeholders to drive influence and advance IRC priorities. The Director also builds advocacy capacity across the US RAI network and collaborates closely with federal policy and program delivery teams.
