Director, Stations, Planning and Asset Optimization

The Director of Stations, Planning and Asset Optimization provides strategic leadership and governance over InnPower’s station assets, system planning, system operations, and asset optimization functions. This role is accountable for setting long-term infrastructure and asset strategies, optimizing capital investments, ensuring system reliability and safety, and overseeing regulatory and stakeholder engagement. The Director leads grid modernization and continuous improvement initiatives while providing executive oversight, risk management, and technical expertise to support InnPower’s corporate objectives and sustainable system growth.
