About this role

This executive leadership role serves as a strategic business partner to the Stryker Global Technology Center, overseeing all finance matters and reporting to the Senior Director of Finance. The position involves setting financial strategy, leading budgeting and forecasting, driving profitability, and managing high-performing teams within a complex matrix structure across India and Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while maintaining strong internal controls and compliance.
