About this role

The Director, Strategic Initiatives, AI leads the definition and execution of Restaurant365’s most important AI-focused product strategies across its SaaS portfolio. Reporting to the CPO, this role oversees cross-product, multi-quarter AI initiatives that deliver value to restaurant customers and internal users. The position requires partnering closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Customer Experience, Data/AI, and R&D Operations teams to shape and operationalize AI capabilities. The director also drives the operating rhythm, visibility, and alignment of AI initiatives across R&D and go-to-market functions.
