About this role

The Director, Strategic Philanthropy leads Unity World Headquarters' philanthropy team, reporting to the CEO to secure major, principal, planned giving, foundation, endowment, and campaign gifts. This role modernizes the department's approach through current fundraising technology and techniques while cultivating strategic donor relationships and managing a portfolio of high-capacity donors. The position collaborates with the Chief Marketing Officer to align major and planned giving strategies with the organization's broader fundraising and communications efforts.

Qualifications
