Director - Strategy Execution

The Transformation Director is a senior role within Temenos' Strategy team, responsible for turning strategic priorities into actionable plans and driving their successful execution across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, the role ensures strategic initiatives are translated into robust, executable plans, milestones are delivered on time, and risks are proactively addressed. This hands-on position requires strong strategic judgement and the ability to challenge senior stakeholders to push initiatives forward in a complex global environment.
