About this role

The Director, Strategy – U.S. Pharmaceutical Distribution is an individual contributor role within McKesson's North America Pharmaceutical Distribution Strategy function. Reporting to the VP of Segment Strategy, the role partners with segment leadership to lead strategic workstreams, conduct financial and market analysis, and translate insights into actionable business decisions. The position is hybrid, requiring on‑site presence in Irving, TX two days per week.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analytical workstreams for strategic initiatives
Build and maintain financial models linking market dynamics to P&L outcomes
Develop insights on market structure, competitor strategies, and channel dynamics
Prepare executive‑ready documents and presentations for senior audiences
Coach analysts and contribute to strategy function‑building efforts
