Director-Street Outreach

The Director of Street Outreach provides overall direction and supervision for the Street Outreach team at the Embry Rucker Community Shelter, delivering services to the Homeless Healthcare Program, Hypothermia Prevention Program, and Drop-In. This leadership role utilizes a Housing First approach to move unsheltered individuals into permanent housing while ensuring equitable service delivery. The position involves supervising staff, managing outreach schedules, and collaborating with community agencies to support individuals experiencing homelessness.
