Director, Student Wellbeing & Access

The Director, Student Wellbeing & Access provides strategic and operational leadership for initiatives promoting student wellbeing, accessibility, and success at Franklin University. Reporting to the Dean of Students, this role oversees Accessibility Services, Student Wellbeing, and Community Standards while serving as the University's ADA/Section 504 and Title IX Coordinator. The position focuses on identifying barriers to student engagement, developing scalable support initiatives, and ensuring institutional compliance and fair resolution of complex student matters.
