Director, Summer Street

Crossroads Rhode Island is seeking an experienced leader to serve as the on-site Director of Summer Street Apartments, a 176-unit Permanent Supportive Housing community for adults who have experienced homelessness. This role ensures the property is safe, well-maintained, financially sound, and compliant while actively engaging with residents, staff, and community stakeholders. The Director oversees day-to-day operations, leasing, financial performance, and staff supervision to advance the organization's mission and values.
