The Director of Supplier Development & Quality leads PROENERGY's global supplier quality and development strategy, ensuring a world-class supply base supports production, aftermarket services, and new product introduction. This role is accountable for supplier qualification, performance management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the global supply network. The position requires close collaboration with Strategic Sourcing, Engineering, and Operations to maintain a quality-first culture and reduce supply chain risk.
