Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related technical field10–12 years of progressive experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management5+ years of direct experience managing the procurement of high-CapEx industrial equipmentMBA or advanced degree (Bonus)
