About this role

The Director Supply Chain provides leadership on standard processes to improve customer fulfillment, warehousing efficiency, and logistics while driving a demand-driven SIOP approach. This role is responsible for organizing and implementing strategic initiatives in Demand Management, Materials Management, and WMS/ERP technologies to achieve significant step function changes and cost savings. The position reports directly to the VP Operations and provides leadership to Supply Chain and Materials Managers at multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic supply chain initiatives and standardize processes across multiple locations
Drive demand-driven SIOP approach to improve customer fulfillment and warehousing efficiency
Manage materials supply chain processes to reduce lead times and optimize total cost of ownership
