Director, Surgical Clinical Development

The Director, Surgical Clinical Development will lead global clinical development strategy for Bausch + Lomb’s surgical device portfolio, overseeing design and execution of clinical trials from early feasibility through post‑market studies to support regulatory submissions. This role collaborates cross‑functionally with R&D, regulatory, quality, and commercial teams and engages with external stakeholders such as regulators, investigators, and key opinion leaders.
