Director, Sustainability Engagement (Remote-based role)

The Director, Sustainability Engagement leads Tarkett’s stakeholder engagement and sustainability positioning efforts, shaping strategy and translating sustainability goals into market-facing narratives. The role manages sustainability partnerships and projects to accelerate progress on corporate priorities and builds sustainability capability within the frontline sales organization. This remote role reports to the Senior Director / Head of Sustainability and Innovation and serves as a strategic partner in long-term business planning and sustainable innovation.
