Director – Table Games

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Director – Table Games to lead and manage the daily operations of all table games, including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, and specialty games. The role involves developing operational strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies. The Director will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, handling guest relations, and analyzing financial reports to drive continuous improvement.
