Director - Talent Acquisition

The Director of Talent Acquisition reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and leads talent acquisition for the YAI Network across New York and New Jersey. This senior role owns strategy and oversight of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting and onboarding operations, partners with organizational leaders and HR teams, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. The position also guides system and process improvements to enhance candidate experience and reporting.
