Director – Talent Development

The Director of Talent Development at Hines will lead the design and execution of global learning and development strategies, partnering with business leaders and HR partners to close performance gaps and build leadership capabilities. This role oversees curriculum development, instructional design, technology integration, and measurement of learning impact while managing a team, external vendors, and annual budgets.
