The Director, Talent Management will lead and scale enterprise-wide talent approaches for Chewy’s 18,000+ Team Members, shaping how the company identifies, develops, and retains talent. This senior role partners with business and HR leaders to align people strategy with business goals and reports to the Senior Director, Talent and Inclusion while leading a team of talent professionals. The position focuses on building frameworks, tools, and experiences that position Chewy as an employer of choice.
