Director, Technical Accounting and External Reporting

The Director of Technical Accounting and External Reporting leads the finance function in developing accounting policies, overseeing GAAP financial statement preparation, and supporting complex strategic transactions. Reporting to the VP Controller, this role serves as the company's U.S. GAAP expert and collaborates across finance, tax, legal, and executive teams to ensure accurate, high‑quality financial reporting and internal controls.
