The Director, Technical Training & Qualifications leads the Technical Training & Qualifications Center of Excellence across Power, Sand, and Logistics, establishing enterprise frameworks and standards to develop and qualify the technical workforce. This role partners with operations, safety, and engineering teams to create scalable training programs, skills matrices, and qualification pathways that enhance workforce resilience and operational readiness. The position involves managing training technology, measuring program effectiveness, and building cross-functional strategies to address critical capability gaps.
