The Director of Technology Strategy & Governance at Kohl’s leads the design, implementation, and evolution of the enterprise technology governance program to align technology investments and delivery with business priorities. The role establishes standards, decision frameworks, and operating rhythms to enable agility, innovation, and risk-aware execution while ensuring measurable value is delivered from technology initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership position partnering with the CTO and business stakeholders to drive alignment and operational excellence across the technology portfolio.
