Director, Third Party Risk Management

The Director — Third Party Risk Management is a Second Line of Defense leadership role at T. Rowe Price responsible for overseeing and maturing the firm’s third-party risk program and serving as the firm’s subject matter expert on third-party/vendor risk. The role reports to the Head of Privacy & TPRM and partners with enterprise stakeholders to ensure the program aligns with risk appetite and regulatory expectations. It emphasizes building a regulator-ready 2LoD function following the implementation of an outsourced TPRM capability.
