Director, Total Rewards

The Director, Total Rewards reports to the VP, People and is accountable for designing the WestJet Group's Total Rewards strategy. This role leads compensation, benefits, and savings/pension teams to ensure programs align with strategic objectives, are legislatively compliant, and financially sustainable. The position involves overseeing pay equity, executive compensation, benefit renewals, and supporting collective bargaining agreement negotiations. Additionally, the role drives continuous improvement initiatives and ensures Total Rewards offerings support the organization's transition to a public company.
