About this role

The Director, Transformation will manage initiatives to transform Investment Finance and Operations, driving strategic change initiatives that reshape operating models, enhance front-to-back processes, and deliver measurable enterprise value.

Responsibilities

Execute initiatives and have responsibilities for the design, execution, and continuous evolution of the IFO transformation roadmap
Translate high-level strategy into integrated transformation plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
Ensure transformation initiatives are value-driven, with clear linkage to business performance, efficiency, and scalability
Provide end-to-end leadership across major transformation programs
Manage initiatives for the creation and implementation of a standardized Target Operating Model

Qualifications

Bachelor’s DegreeAdvanced Degree or Transformation/Change Certifications (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP)
