The Director of Underwriting at Premera is a senior leader overseeing the company’s group medical underwriting function, focused on sustaining financially sound and sustainable growth across markets including Alaska. The role partners with large employer clients and internal teams to align underwriting, pricing, and product strategy with Premera’s mission to improve healthcare. This position leads and develops the underwriting organization while driving innovation in pricing data systems and underwriting models.
