The Director, US CRM Commercial Strategy & Innovation is a senior executive who defines and delivers the CRM vision to accelerate commercial growth, improve customer engagement, and create competitive advantage for the US Commercial organization. The role leads a specialized CRM and digital experience team, reports to the Head of US Sales Digital Solutions, and is accountable for driving measurable business outcomes through a multi-year CRM roadmap and strategic use of agentic AI.
