The Director of Utility Project Delivery at Rowan Digital Infrastructure leads a team of technical project managers responsible for the delivery of reliable and scalable utility infrastructure for a growing hyperscale data center portfolio. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of utility projects, from development and interconnection strategies through to procurement, construction, and energization, while establishing standardized delivery frameworks and performance metrics. The Director collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project designs and schedules, manages relationships with utility partners, and drives performance across multiple markets to meet sustainability and capacity goals. Strong technical acumen in power systems and project management experience is essential for navigating complex regulatory environments and aggressive timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Power Systems, Construction Management, or a related technical fieldMaster’s degree preferred but not required8–12 years of progressive experience delivering complex utility, energy, or data center infrastructure projectsAt least 5 years of direct experience with hyperscale and large load utility infrastructure projects (medium/high voltage and water/wastewater transmission, distribution)3–5 years of people management experience
