About this role

As a Scientific Lead for Vaccine Formulation, you will drive the development and commercialization of complex parenteral drug products, including adjuvanted vaccines and antigen-display nanoparticles. You will lead process and formulation development from lab scale to clinical manufacturing readiness while innovating cutting-edge technologies for unstable antigens. This role involves mentoring teams, establishing strategic academic partnerships, and defining regulatory strategies for late-stage vaccine programs.

Responsibilities

Lead formulation and process development for recombinant protein antigens and co-formulated vaccines
Build process capabilities from lab scale through clinical and commercial manufacturing phases
Execute experiments to optimize formulations and processes for complex vaccine antigens
Spearhead research efforts to establish proof of concept for emerging vaccine technologies
Drive innovation agenda resulting in publications and industry-wide influence
