Director, Value-Based Care Network & Operations Strategy

The Director, Value-Based Care Network & Operations Strategy develops and implements network and operational strategies to improve Total Cost of Care (TCoC) for older adults. This role partners with clinical programs and cross-functional teams to drive non-clinical affordability initiatives, network optimization, and operational performance improvements. The position leads strategic initiatives focused on provider contracting, claims operations, and payment methodologies to support value-based care goals.
