Director, Value-Based Care Strategy

Director of Value-Based Care Strategy at DaVita is a senior strategy leader on the Corporate Strategy team reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy. The role focuses on shaping the company’s value-based care direction—overseeing strategy for a business with ~$6B of medical cost under management—and partners closely with senior leadership and the Board. The position is based in Denver or Washington, DC (or other locations with significant travel) and leads a team of directors, analysts, and business partners to align strategy across the organization.
