Director, Virtual Care

The Director, Pharmacy Services & Virtual Care at Shoppers Drug Mart leads the development and scaling of team-based care delivery models that integrate allied health providers to improve access, patient experience and health outcomes. The role has a primary focus on advancing the Virtual Care strategy, including implementation and optimization of the Weight Management Program, and shaping future virtual primary care offerings. The Director partners with internal and external stakeholders and senior leadership to drive innovation and expansion across provinces.
