Director, Virtual Engagement

The Director, Virtual Engagement leads the virtual engagement team to support Mineralys Therapeutics' first commercial launch by building a new virtual engagement capability for open and remote territories. This role involves designing the virtual engagement model, managing vendor contracts or employee teams, and ensuring compliance with approved content and channels. The position requires collaboration with field sales leadership, marketing, and field sales excellence to reach priority healthcare professionals through various digital and communication channels.
