Director, Volunteer Programs

The Director of Volunteer Programs at City Year Greater Boston leads the organization’s volunteer engagement strategy, overseeing the execution of large-scale service events and ongoing volunteer opportunities. This role manages a team of AmeriCorps members, builds partnerships with schools and community organizations, and ensures volunteer efforts align with City Year’s fundraising model and partner needs. The position is site-based and focuses on sustaining high-impact volunteer programming across the Boston area.
