The Director, Workday Sustainment provides enterprise-wide leadership and strategic oversight for the stabilization, sustainment, optimization, and continuous improvement of Fanshawe College’s Workday ecosystem across HCM, Finance, Adaptive Planning, and Student. The role leads a multi-functional sustainment team, establishes a mature operating model, and serves as the primary point of accountability for Workday governance, vendor performance, and institutional alignment.
