Director

The Director leads the College & Career Readiness Center, overseeing adult education, workforce literacy, bridge programming, integrated education and training, digital and financial literacy, high school equivalency, and ESL programs across a six-county service area. Responsibilities include managing multiple locations, supervising instructors, administering grant-funded programs, budgeting, partnership development, and ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements.
