The Director serves as the enterprise lead for email communications at the Recycled Materials Association, overseeing the processes, priorities, and performance of association-wide email campaigns. This senior individual contributor role provides organization-wide leadership for email communications, working across departments to establish standards, coordinate campaigns, and guide deployment decisions. The position ensures a coordinated, effective member communication experience through campaign planning, audience strategy, and performance reporting.
