Director

The Director leads a team of established sellers covering index-linked investments, including ETFs, mutual funds, SMAs, and direct indexing solutions. This role focuses on accelerating index education and driving asset-based revenue growth through collaboration with the head of index wealth and the broader LSEG organization. The position requires a strong people leader who fosters a high-engagement culture and partners with product and marketing teams to elevate the brand and products. The Director will also develop talent, drive strategic change, and represent the company on the regional leadership team.
