Director

The Director assists with the daily operations of Labor & Delivery, assessing the need for personnel, equipment, and facility space. The role involves planning resource utilization and making timely changes to case scheduling to ensure an efficient daily schedule. In coordination with the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director helps establish departmental goals that support the hospital's mission and strategic initiatives.
