This role leads the origination, shaping, and advancement of district energy and thermal infrastructure opportunities across the US West, with accountability for regional strategy, pipeline development, and opportunity prioritization. The Director serves as the senior regional development lead for US West, partnering with cross-functional teams to advance priority opportunities from early concept through commercial structuring. The position requires an experienced market leader with deep technical knowledge in HVAC, utilities, and district energy, combined with strong commercial judgment and executive presence.
