Director

The Director reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and is responsible for planning, implementing, and promoting nursing standards to ensure high-quality, individualized patient care across assigned clinical areas. This role oversees progressive care, outpatient wound care, med-surge, nursing office, and float pool departments while managing budgets, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives. The position requires a nursing leader to foster caregiver development, advance operational excellence, and advocate for patient safety and ethical practice.
