Director

The Director reports to the Chief Nursing Officer and is responsible for planning, implementing, and promoting nursing standards to ensure high-quality, individualized patient care across assigned clinical areas. This role oversees progressive care, outpatient wound care, med-surge, nursing office, and float pool departments while driving operational excellence and caregiver development. The position involves managing budgets, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives to support the Medical Center's strategic objectives.
