Director/a de Faculty

The Director/a de Faculty will lead the overall faculty strategy for a growing educational organization, overseeing recruitment, development, engagement, and retention of high‑quality teaching staff. Reporting to the Chief Academic Officer and sitting on the academic management committee, the role is responsible for shaping faculty models, driving pedagogical innovation, managing budgets, and fostering high‑level relationships with hospitals, universities, and professional societies.
