Directorate Financial & Programmatic Advisory

This role serves as the primary contractor analytical counterpart to the Government Program Manager, providing daily programmatic and financial analysis for missile, aviation, sensor, and component developmental test programs. The position ensures compliance with FAR principles, DoD Financial Management Regulations, and Army Fiscal Law while managing funding ceilings, allocations, and pre-commitment reviews. It involves analyzing financial performance, maintaining data integrity in automated systems, and coordinating with stakeholders to support budget development and process improvements.
