The Director/Senior Director, Compound Management will lead Calico’s compound and sample management function, establishing and scaling a robust platform to support drug discovery efforts. This senior leader will build and mentor a team, partner with internal research groups and external collaborators, and drive long-term strategy for compound inventory, data integrity, and technology adoption. The role focuses on enabling efficient research workflows and ensuring high-quality, compliant sample handling across the enterprise.
