A senior leadership role responsible for defining strategy and governance for Safety, Health, and Emergency Response across the Alumar Consortium (Port, Refinery, Bauxite Residue Dams, and Reduction). The position partners with executive leaders to drive cultural change, influence HS leadership, and ensure the organization meets regulatory and licensing expectations. The role is fully on-site at São Luís and represents Alcoa’s HS leadership within the consortium.
