Program/Project Management Consultant (PMC) Director leading delivery of a large-scale suspension bridge project, acting as the client’s representative to oversee design–build contractor activities and resolve technical and contractual issues. The role is accountable for overall program execution, stakeholder engagement, and assuring safety, quality and performance across Parsons staff and partners. This position requires shaping program vision and delivery strategy while mentoring senior teams and managing budgets and procurement.
