Dirt Foreman

Crescent Constructors is seeking a Dirt Foreman to lead and manage a crew performing earthwork and site development activities on water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, pipelines, and related infrastructure projects. The role involves ensuring production goals are achieved, tracking material quantities, managing schedules, and maintaining safety and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to effectively manage personnel, equipment, and project progress. The Dirt Foreman is responsible for supervising crew members, coordinating with project managers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and environmental requirements.
