The Disabilities@work Program Manager will design and drive Salesforce's disability and neurodiversity inclusion strategy across the LATAM region, partnering with recruiting, NGOs, and internal stakeholders to build talent pipelines, inclusive hiring processes, and accessibility initiatives. The role oversees program budgeting, compliance with regional disability laws, and measures impact through data and storytelling to position Salesforce as an employer of choice for people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute LATAM disability inclusion roadmap
Partner with Recruiting to attract and hire talent with disabilities
Design and manage inclusive hiring, onboarding, and career development programs
Lead regional physical and digital accessibility initiatives
Measure program effectiveness through data, employee feedback, and storytelling
